This phone is going to be a $500 pile of shite, cheap components. very expensive monthy data costs.
Plus, I just read that the network is going to be a virtual phone network. I think this means that this is a virtual layer on top of your main phone companies, if the network gets busy, you poor folks with your very expensive monthly contracts will come in second best.
A very big con.
