Newsflash you can’t get a 15:1 ratio anywhere for under 60k in a major metro. Everyone cheats on the ratio they include administrators, para educators, special ed, sometimes even janitors and cafeterias staff to get that number. Real numbers are 20:1 in kindergarten and go up from there
