AI creating dotnet PRs: Implement CompareInfo.Version for hybrid globalization

    I don't understand the negativity. .NET folk(s) decided to try experimenting with AI coder. They open issues publicly, they review the PR, they ultimately decide what to do with it (looks like the bot is failing).

    You can see people in comments complaining about being forced to review poor code as if someone is forcing them to do it.

    You see people saying they won't use .NET because it might get crappy AI generated code, as if these poor diffs have already been accepted.

    I struggle to understand either of the sentiments without assuming that people displaying them are just plain stupid, because they don't want to see new things being experimented with, and you can't have progress without doing that.

    Lol, I don't hate it though. I want the AI tooling to get better and am happy that msft is at least forcing their own engineers to dog food. It will be an impressive day when Copilot starts to make high quality PR's into dotnet all by itself.
