  "The open source calendar that changes everything" so I hope you change "Authentication: Better Auth for Google OAuth" because I don't see why would anyone host and use an open source calendar and use something from Google, authentication or something else. The perfect calendar should make 0 calls to these abusive services.

  Would be useful to see what the calendar actually does.

  IN general, the README should address:

  - What is the product

  - Why does it exist? What problems it solves, etc.

  - Why should users care about this?

  - How should users use it
