  Self-hosted, no matter the scale. With the near unlimited budgets nation-states wield, it makes no sense that critical infrastructure systems aren't already self hosted.

  China got with the program a decade ago and started developing their own OS which rivals window 10 in functionality and library support.

  Maybe the ICC should file arrest warrants for microsoft engineers too.
