So if I buy a yearly subscription to their IDE for the language that I do development in (CLion), I don't get AI Pro with that "regular" subscription, but if were to buy all their other 11 IDEs which I have no use for, I'd get AI Pro included.
So .. CLion at $100 per year plus AI Pro at also $100 a year, that'd be $200 per year. Or, buying the "all products" pack to get free AI pro, that'd cost $289 per year.
It's barely more expensive to buy licenses for 11 IDEs that I don't need to get the AI pro comes with it, than to just buy the 1 IDE I need and AI pro.
Man .. I use CLion as my main IDE but the things they do with their licensing has driven me insane for years.

I get the "all products" pack for $173. I mostly use Java/C++, but I love being able to dabble in other languages in a familiar environment.
