    "Revealed!" lol.

This is really naked propaganda that gives zero consideration to China's geopolitical situation. The "West" (broadly defined) has been trying to hem China in -- and China is a net energy importer, which is among its greatest strategic liabilities. Broadening strategic cooperation with Russia -- the world's largest gas station -- is so clearly in China's best interests that it's actually quite surprising that it's not doing more in Russia's support.

Russia is also a captive market, of sorts, for surplus trade and consumer goods. And not a small one, either. Again, given China's position, it would be frankly insane to not take advantage of this.

Now what does the Telegraph have to say of the UK's role in prolonging the war and supplying its combatants? The Chinese have a clear geopolitical motivation. The UK does not -- the UK really has nothing to do with anything, as hard as it is for its politicians to accept -- and yet, perplexingly, it is among the war's most ardent cheerleaders.

What's needed is more realism, less dramatics.
