  Missing the mark spectacularly:

  Humans are not going through a bottleneck, or in danger of extinction (for the foreseeable future, at least).

  It's every other creature facing this. And their extinction is already ongoing.

  TLDR; article discusses demographics, cultural & economic changes. Not bottlenecks or extinction. Alarmist / misleading title.
