  Purchasing an apartment on board starts at $2 million, plus the annual maintenance fees which can range from $60 000 to $270 000. If you have to ask 'how much?', you probably can't afford it. (2015)

  165 residents and it appears many are retired.

  I’m not sure this is as much as a digital nomad thing as a floating condo.
