Gmail's best features don't send emails

    Summary: Gmail allows users to undo send and it stops them from sending emails before attaching files they intended to attach. These are great features — but they prevent users from sending emails, which is ironic.

    The "undo send" feature in Gmail turned 16 years old yesterday - last year, I wrote about it (and another Gmail feature) that help users avoid pitfalls.
