  Every time before, as we well know, the release was promised and then did not happen. Each time, as one imagines, Henry Kissinger's lawyer sighed heavily, picked up the phone, dialled a number, and said, "This, again?" But this time Kissinger is dead. (I quite realize that this is slanderous but what else could have changed?)

  Which turned out to be absolutely empty of any information. It's really amazing how stupid America is becoming. It would be funny, if it wasn't the world's greatest military power.

  Just a distraction to keep people from paying attention to his meeting with Putin. He will be giving away the farm and paying homage to his master.
