  Anybody has insight why ATI has been unable to fix their drivers?

  - Is it that they are not really interested in improving (no SWEs are on it).

  - Is it that they are dealing with poor code that is very hard to fix?

  - Is it the hardware that is designed in a way the drivers cannot be good?
