Scrum Doesn't Say

  What a boondoggle. If a company says they are agile or scrum I've resolved to pretend like a don't know what either of them are and for them to just tell me what it is they actually do. Surely its stupid. But maybe someday they'll say actually we don't really do agile or scrum but we just tell upper management its what we do and actually we do kanban with a spartan real backlog and a backup backlog with all the retard ideas that we will at least give the respect of maintaining indefinitely just not on the board we actually use.

  instead of something like:

  often times we notice that this and that exist in tension with one another and its important to strike the right balance. You know what, I've been caught in the trap again. Just fucking describe what you actually do and goddamnit if you are fucking lying to me and don't even do what you just told me fuckface.
