I find the UX for bitbucket pull requests an absolutely awful experience that massively slows down my ability to review code. Does anyone use any alternative tooling for branch reviews that they've had success with?

I haven't used Bitbucket for such a very long time I thought it was dead. Can't you raise your voice and propose something less "dying" like self-hosted GitLab, or cheap GitLab/GitHub accounts?
