The use of LLMs to understand human-written content and extract structured data is something that has been long overdue. This will allow us to build more efficient and intelligent systems that can leverage the content already available on websites or printed material.

You add into the mix the shift from chat interfaces to agents that work with structured data and you're now talking about an ecosystem that is very compelling. It feels like a very logical progression. Instead of having simple question-answer interactions, we can build proactive systems that genuinely help users make decisions. The potential for more personalised and tailored user experience, as highlighted by the healthy food search engine example, is substantial. I think this will redefine how we interact with the web.
