Working from home 'not proper work' – ex-Asda boss

    "Proper work" can only be done in a plantation setting.

    When companies call you after hours with a problem, just tell them it isn't "proper" and you can't be productive from home.

    As used here, "proper" is a coded word that really means "we don't like it".

    Remember that productivity increase that happened due to work-from-home? Expect it to vanish with return-to-office. On top of having alienated your employees who control everything inside your company.
