Arch Linux starts licensing PKGBUILDs

  I'm very minimally affected by this; I have a PKGBUILD I submitted to the AUR that was then yanked up into community.

  I don't care about the "license" change/clarification itself. But I hate how their email was phrased:

    > No action required: We're licensing your package source contributions under 0BSD
    > ...
    > IF YOU CONSENT TO THIS, you don't have to do anything.
  

  This is completely backwards thinking. YOU don't license my contributions, I DO. Doing nothing is the opposite of consent.

  Ugh.
