The firm did not even have open positions. But when I discovered them, it clicked in me -I had to be part of their team. So I could not just send a CV and wait. I had to get their attention.

They work with startups but also with big corporations. They do design sprints, business transformation, and create online products and services.

First, I invested dozens of hours consuming their content. I wanted to understand if I truly wanted to be part of their team. I did.

Next, I had to create something just for them. I took a different approach with the CV and used storytelling. I exposed myself so they truly knew who I am and then I showcased my previous work.

I sent the letter but it still felt not enough. So I created a concept newsletter tailored to them. I also wrote the first issue of the newsletter. It worked.

I got an appointment with them. But in the meantime I could not just wait. So I wrote another article just for them.

All of this so they could see how I think and the level of my skills.

They were impressed but unfortunately they do not have the capacity to hire me. It's OK. They did not even have a job listing -it was my initiative.

The point is to do stuff. To create. Even if the world is not asking for it.

In the link you can find everything I created for them. If you are into startups, marketing, and market trends, I am confident that you will enjoy the content.
