Are posts about a country routed to a team in the user's country?
Is there some system in Reddit for users to tell Reddit management, "your admin moderation is acting suspicious, maybe you should check it out"?
For background, I've been experimenting by reporting posts and comments, across the political compass, related to a particular country.
I'm finding that the far-right content I report (which actually break their content policies related to identity-based hate and promotion of violence on vulnerable groups) are often handled quite favorably. Mere removal of the comment without any penalty to the user, and sometimes not even removal.
But some users who criticized such content using memes or sarcasm have even ended up with temporary suspensions.
Should I look into Reddit alternatives like Lemmy for more fairness in moderation? Or does it have the same / different set of moderation issues? Any experiences?
