This is the most interesting part of the article to me. The cost savings from reducing teaching staff are going directly towards religious spending. Surprised things like this are able to pass federal scrutiny.

My money is on "lack of standing". Whoever sues over this will be the wrong people.
I suppose they might just do what Oklahoma wants: decide that the First Amendment doesn't actually say that they can't forcibly convert children. But I'm betting that they take the cowardly route instead.
