Is it generally allowed to share paid SaaS account?

or this mostly against the TOS ? I dont know what are the restrictions.

    Look at the TOS for that particular service.

    It's pretty widespread though that people at a small company have a communal email account that they use to subscribe to SaaS services that they all use.
