Apparently outsourcing is now very big in tech, with entire departments being outsourced to LATAM/Asia.

What about startups?

Due to current macro trends (high interest rates, conflict, inflation) LPs/investors want startups to be more financially responsible.

Are LPs/VCs encouraging startups to outsource some parts of the business?
