Fast Action Goggle for Sports

I can create a fast action google for sports. This is very light and very fast at 1000 Hz. It uses exotic sensors that I used in military projects. For example, it can tell if a ball landed inside a court, or not, for playing tennis with your opponent. And, doesn't use the bulky pancake lens, because it uses Infinite Lens, which allows for a close-to-eye translucent display. What do you think? Should I make this?

I don't know if it's a feasible business anymore for example in the UK for soccer matches they just switched from a relatively expensive custom build tool (custom hardware/code) to detect offside and other offenses to a more reliable one using just iPhones and AI.
