I recently built a Contra page and I've been using it for literally all of my freelancing, and I feel like it is what you would get if you took all of the shitty parts of Upwork, and inverted them into a platform that actually cared about the freelancers. For example, this is my page:

It's commission-free, and the design is built to where I can actually just share it with clients without having to jump through hoops. I think Contra may eat Upworks lunch.
