Ask HN: Anyone Using Starlink for Small Business

I'm not looking forward to dealing with 'a very big cable company' to get Internet service at a new location for my startup. We expect to grow and move 2 or 3 times in the next 6 years. Should we look at Starlink for Business? My IT Service Bureau is concerned that latency will be too high.

If you have experience with under 20 people on one Starlink, how is it going?

i pretty much only talk about starlink here. get fiber. residential fiber. starlink or 4/5g as backup. (small risk your fiber and cell are the same at an aggregation point)

youre not getting more than a consistent 5 up on starlink unless you call for a quote

Not an answer (sorry), but a side recommendation: If you can get fiber to the building where you are, it's usually much, MUCH better than cable or Starlink can be, often at a similar or lower monthly price. It's especially good for a high upload speed if you can get symmetric gigabit or higher.
