I would be particularly interested in how you keep it synchronized across multiple devices?

I currently use iCloud Sync but I would like to switch/expand to a better solution. Git on mobile devices is of course more difficult. My devices in use are Windows, Linux and MacOS laptops, an Android tablet and iPad/iPhone.
