What does “basic problem-solving on par with a human who holds a doctorate degree” mean? By definition a person with a doctorate degree is capable of some pretty advanced problem solving right? I mean by some measure isn’t having a doctorate degree the pinnacle of problem solving? It’s a weird contrast.
