Most of the time for something more then basic questions it completely misunderstands you, and after 3-4 (unsuccessful) exchanges it just redirects you to an email conversation.
What is you experience with it? Are you even trying to talk with Stripe support via chat anymore?
It's just so bad, I'd rather have them call me (hoping they will not put bots there too). The only real place where you can get some quality support is the Discord channel, but that only works for "technical" problems".
