Don't Say 'Europe Must Invest in XYZ'

  Europe should invest in human capital. And AMSL. I'm quite worried about change in the cheese mould, loosing Roquefort or Camembert genetic diversity would be a disaster. So a bit on investment there might help.

  Mainly, I think it needs to invest in kindergarten education because once people decide to vote for fascists, it's very hard to change their mind: the Jesuits had the right idea.

  I cut my teeth working on eu funded pan-european research projects in OSI, so with years of gainful employment behind me I can say I welcome European investment in dead technology and bad ideas which are doomed to fail.
