Hey HN, it's Vineeth from Plastic Labs (https://plasticlabs.ai) and we built this demo/game to showcase the latent capabilities of language models to simulate identities.

We wrote more about what it is and how to use it on our blog (https://blog.plasticlabs.ai/blog/YouSim;-Explore-The-Multive...), but I'll try to quickly summarize.

We took heavy inspiration from projects like WorldSim, WebSim, and Infinite Backrooms and prompted Claude Opus to act like a CLI interface that can simulate these identities while another instance will interact with the CLI.

To get started just enter an identity. It can be anything from something hyper specific to even gibberish.

  - Tony the Tiger

From there you can either enter commands manually or just hit `Return` and Claude will automatically try to enter it's own commands to interact with the simulated identity.
