    I'm glad to see this. I have thought about making a "collaboration contract" with similar perspective.

    some comments:

    disappearing quickly might not be seen/understood well. I suggest saying something like, "I need to take a few minutes to cool down" before disappearing

    generally the word is tidbits. I don't know if a dialect has morphoned into tit-bits... but if you didn't know, tit is a slang word for breasts in the US.
