PCsensor USB Thermometer hwmon driver

  I wrote my first linux kernel module! This is a fairly popular, cheap linux usb thermometer.

  But it didn't have a kernel driver to support reading temp from hwmon on linux.

  Which I wanted to use fancontrol with it.
