We are trying to centralize support now but don't yet want to do the heavy lift of merging all software as we will likely do 20+ more acquisitions.
Typically, our agents will have several web apps open on their desktop: ticketing, the knowledgebase, Splunk or Dynatrace for some of the customer information, a map and some other etc.
Is there an interface app maker that can put these all in a single interface and can merge the apps and multiple service desks (maybe in iFrames or something)? Ideally, when a new support ticket pops up, it can make an API call in the other open apps to look for the relevant data?
