That’s why we built Jam, so that maybe debugging will be a little less terrible and you can get back to building what’s next a lot faster. Jam is a browser extension you can click to record your screen or replay a bug that just happened and it automatically includes console/network logs, browser info, repro steps, etc.
We want to make developers’ lives easier, not add extra steps to debugging— that’s what today’s launch is all about.
We just released a new integration using GitLab’s API, so that anyone can create GitLab issues, with all the details engineers need to debug auto-included. No need to switch tools, copy links, export anything… just click once, select the project and any other labels, and you’ll have a complete GitLab issue in your project tracker.
Excited for y’all to try it and let us know what you think. You can use code FRIENDSOFGITLAB to get $100 of Jam credits: jam.dev/gitlab
