I want to build a private search engine that works just like Pplx works. I wonder if there are open-source solutions for it or if I would need to build it from the ground up.
This isn't a valid Show HN[0], maybe an Ask HN, but as on Stack Overflow.. what have you searched for/found/tried and what are the limitations you perceive?
