I've noticed, especially on the homepage of Chrome for mobile where Google recommends webpages, that some of them feature outdated content presented as new. For instance, a product released a year ago is highlighted in a post dated today. Interestingly, these posts often relate to products I've recently viewed on sites like Amazon or eBay.
I'm uncertain whether this content is dynamically generated or if these webpages deliberately post old content to attract customers.
Has anyone observed something similar?

In B2B sales, selling often involves educating leads, prospects, and customers. Often technical literature changes little over many years. Recycling it makes sense. Both to the company and to its market.
Growth by expanding the market is the companion to resales to existing customers.
