How long does it usualy take till you have enough confirmation?

Story behind: I built my own copilot, that helps with information retrieval and online verification from scanned documents and recipients. We are working on market validation, talking to users and promotion, but i feel that tracktion is way slow. We had just 3 talks in past 10 days, but we focus only on people from target industry.

Wondering whether we should even ask random people on the street. Start cold mailing, and other strategies, just to get as much feedback as possible, then filter out relevant.

Wondering whats your practice, you usualy follo, or followed previously.

side note: i am tech guy, but i need to finaly learn these skills.
