all these times INCLUDE travel from and to the work:
i feel like 8/5( 8 hours 5 times a week) a lot if you have an household to manage, a bit of rest and sleep.
8/4 - 10/4 is in my opinion a better deal in my eyes, since its possible to do things in the free day that would be usually impossible because it would be normally in the time where someone works
The current german Maximum of 10 hours/day and the minimum time of 11 hours between end of work and the start of the next days work is definitly helpful.
