I submitted this because it has lots of weird, currently low status or low probability ideas, which are cheap to test and might work really well.

It covers biology, medicine, environment, land use, government, etc.

I'm inspired by the old BBC show "Connections" where often a single individual or a small group, plugging away at something for years while nobody else believes, discovers something early which could have lain unfoind another 100 years... Or finds something obvious that our civilization should be embarrassed to not have investigated 50 years ago!

The price is cheap, and from meeting people in those circles they're nearly all pretty curious, smart, and sincere, so even if misguided, this seems like a very +ev play for humanity compared to alternative ways to spend what looks like less than 1m USD in total. I also made some AI image illustrations of possible success scenarios w/GPT4. https://photos.app.goo.gl/VA5Qu2NkKHwAJUc46
