    I think that Paul Graham's essay https://paulgraham.com/avg.html might give you clues.

    My experience bears out the interpretation that established companies will NOT use Lisp. C++ and Java only for those folks.

    AFAIK the best way to find Lisp jobs is to actively participate on Lisp forums, projects, etc. Then you might get an invitation to party.

    my nephew - a mechanical engineer - learned lisp programming in autocad. his question, "uncle john, is lisp a good first programming anguage?" made my month.

    Siscog used to be a Lisp shop, not sure how much they still are.
