There are many things I really love about LiveView, but today I finally realized I've been going down a rabit hole. I've been so caught up in the hype for so long that I forgot that there are many great solutions out there and quickly rediscovered svelte.dev and daisyUI

I seen there are some efforts out there to make svelte work with liveview but that's when I realized I just need Phoenix Channels and that the things that made me look to svelte in the first place is the fact I feel like liveview has grown in a way that is not super complementary of my own personal preferences. I want to still rely on Phoenix and Phoenix's Channels because its pub/sub is amazing. But all the design pattern choices of liveview I feel is making started to feel limiting and daunting and no longer enjoyable. Maybe my brain just does not work in the liveview world of coding. IDK.

Over all I really have enjoyed LiveView and think you would be foolish to not at least to give it your honest try. I have and have done so long enough now to know where I find myself spending to much time digressing from my own desired happy path that I've come to find this new journey of discovering new technologies which is really what this was all about in the first place. Get out of your rut and try something new especially if what you are doing now is not making you happy. Happy coding.
