Storms should be named after fossil fuel companies

  The fossil fuel companies just serve their customers, and the customers had and have a choice.

  So maybe cities? Starting with the one with highest per-capita use. Which one is highest on that list, LA maybe? Lots of traffic, lots of concrete and other high-CO₂ materials.
