  Lol on one side. Constant whinging about skills shortages and labour shortages in areas like security. On the other side. Tens of thousands laid off because they aren't the skill set that's needed. In the middle we have fat profits and zero effort being spent on migrating or training workers for the sectors that need it.

  They literally expect you the employee to cover the cost of retraining yourself to bring them in profit. It's absolutely bonkers, yall are cash cows for companys that will ditch you at the drop of a hat.

  I'm bailing to become a mature age carpenter/builder.
