These Are the New Vaccines You Should Get

    It's not a new one, but also good to get the shingles vaccine if you're over 50. Even under 50 might be a good idea as cases—although still uncommon—are increasing in younger people[1]. (Unfortunately where I live they won't let you get it if you're under 50, even if you throw money at them).

    From what I read it's thought that kids being vaccinated (a good thing) have reduced adult exposure to the virus, decreasing the immunity we received from being infected as children.
