I have spent years fully kicking my scrolling addiction. Now I want to start getting into twitter for startup / tech info, but I don't want to start scrolling again. I'd like a way to be able to learn from some of the best accounts on twitter without spending hours curating / scrolling. Are there any options for this? I'm I'm hoping for an rss feed or an email subscription or something. I've seen Nitter but as far as I can tell it doesn't solve this problem. Any ideas?

Nitter has RSS feeds. I used to use twitter for few years via this way. You can even see account replies via RSS.
But, I think nitter has recently disabled RSS feed on main instance https://github.com/zedeus/nitter/issues/986. Try to find other instance which support it.

Maybe a newsletter like High Signal dot io or Shaan's Five. These are more biz than tech but might get you started.
