Does that relate to a baseline of functionality, or a relative level of capability amongst peers, or your state at birth? And the idea that adversaries might have a different perspective on this … and that private industry would lead in this space. Would I rent my enhanced legs? Do I go into debt and have to pay them off throughout my life? Do I get contacts that come with 24/7 advertisements? Do I become addicted to my dopamine regulator?
