Every time a new thing comes up that I might consider using I skip to the terms pages and ctrl-f 'porn' and 'adult'
This of course came up blank, so I was encouraged.. then I scrolled and saw 'no nudity' as a heading -
I'd also change #policies/terms-of-use so that porn is not under the heading of illegal content.. as someone scanning visually would skip that heading section when looking for policies against nudes.
Strongly suggesting you put in big letters of banners on home page, and ever page of the site - maybe in the footer.. - "not for commercial use"
It would be easy to assume that commercial use is encouraged by the sections highlighted on the /#uses page.. and even though you say no commercial use at the top of #policies/terms-of-use - many people will never click to that page and make assumptions by the other info presented, along with expectations of similar services that have popped up everywhere.
If it were my thing, I'd put "the 'rated PG thing you can share with friends and family" all over it - since that is what it is trying to be I guess, but it's not clear.
