  U.S. regulation isn’t coming for small businesses or hobbyists. It’s coming for other countries. if they don’t want to compete with small companies, they certainly don’t want to compete with small or large governments and other militaries.

  Does this Act do more harm to startups/competitors than large players like OpenAI, MS, Amazon, Apple, Google, Anthropic?

  Basically, is it too cumbersome for startups? But big companies have money to hire compliance officers?
