If our spend is high enough, typically the vendor is willing to work with us. If it's not, well, they're not - and I don't blame them.
Do any standards exist akin to the YC Safe Financing Documents (https://www.ycombinator.com/documents) that would help SaaS vendors and large companies find common ground?
Or, is the back and forth term-by-term between two attorneys always going to be needed due to the nuances of privacy, security, indemnity, etc?
