I'm not arguing that the works can't be licensed (https://supermap.world/licence), it's my understanding OpenStreetMap data can be repackaged and sold, but I think the works need to keep the original attribution, too. Creating and maintaining the county boundaries of a whole country is a lot of work by the OSM community (and is more than 100 features) https://supermap.world/m/36339-mercator-projection-map-of-tu...
